Here's my baking so far. Three deep dish pumpkin pies, a pecan pie and a chocolate chess pie.

Chocolate chess is just like a baked chocolate pie.....tastes like a VERY rich brownie in a crust. Can send you the recipe, if you'd like? It's VERY good (and I'm not a big chocolate fan or a sweet fan)...but I won't be able to have any.
It's also very easy to make.
