Ok, you can tell it really bugged me, so I had to go back and fix it ;) I moved the kids' extras to the bottom shelf (moved the extra nyquil to the top of the cabinet) and on my way to the bathroom, I grabbed more of the kids' lotions and the girls' "make up" that they got for Christmas, and put it in the bottom shelf, too.
Top of cabinet: air freshener, extra nyquil, peroxide, alcohol, shampoo, my extra body washes & lotions.
In rounding up the kids' extra items, I found my nail polish, so I put it away too ;)
kids' chapsticks,lotions, body washes, and the girls' make up.
