This is a great easy meal for freezing.
Chicken and Stuffing Bake-24 servings (4 OAMC dishes)

5 cups boiling water
16 tablespoons unsalted butter -- melted
16 cups herb stuffing mix
24 boneless skinless chicken breasts
paprika -- to taste
4 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 1/3 cups milk
4 tablespoons fresh parsley -- chopped
Preheat oven to 400°. Mix water and butter. Add stuffing, mix lightly.
Spoon stuffing across center of four 3-quart shallow baking dishes. Arrange chicken on each side of stuffing. Sprinkle paprika over chicken.
Mix soup, milk and parsley. Pour over chicken.
Cover and bake for 30 minutes or until chicken is done.
Cool; Flash freeze. Wrap each casserole individually; freeze.
To serve: Preheat oven to 350°. Heat for 30 minutes or until heated through.
