Tonight's Dinner 6/26

Pork Roast, mashed potatoes, green beans, fresh silver queen corn, tomatoes, cukes, watermelon, carrot cake and milk.

Easy Pork Roast

3 pounds pork roast
1 packet onion soup mix
1 cup milk
2 slices bacon -- halved

Place roast in crockpot; set aside.

Mix together soup mix and milk and pour over roast.

Lay bacon sliices on top of roast. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.

6 white potatoes -- peeled and cubed
3 Tablespoons mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons butter
1/8 cup milk
salt and pepper -- to taste

Boil potatoes; drain.

Mix boiled potatoes, mayonnaise, butter, milk, salt and pepper until smooth. Add more butter and milk as needed to make potatoes smooth.
