What were you doing 10 years ago?
Living in a small apartment and staying home with my 8 month old son. The next month would start my ten years of working outside the home, which has its regrets.

What were you doing 1 year ago?
In July, 2006, we went to church camp, but had to leave my son there, to take our daughter home. She had just had surgery to have a birthmark removed, and was cleared by the doctor to go swimming. While at church camp, it split open with 2 inches by 3 inches of red flesh exposed. It wasn't a fun time, but thank the Lord, we had people in our lives that were of great help and blessings to us in this time of need.

Five snacks you enjoy:
1) Chips and salsa
2) Chips and guacamole
3) Diet Pepsi -- I am slowly cutting it out.
4) 3 Musketeers
5) M&M's

Five songs to which you know all the lyrics:
There are several church hymns that I know if the music is playing, but to just give you the words, I don't think I'd get very far.

Five things you would do if you were a millionaire:
1) The author of "Musings of a Housewife" stated as her first answer "At the risk of sounding self-righteous and smug, I would first give at least 10% to our church or its related ministries." This is a very good answer. It is something we should all do, regardless of how much we are making.
2) Quit my job to be at home with my children.
3) Pull my kiddos out of public school, and homeschool them.
4) Buy one more reliable vehicle. Right now, my husband and I share a vehicle, which can be hard at times. Yes, I'd buy hubby a pricey vehicle, as that is something he wants!!
5) Buy our own home! That is my dream...to have my own home.

Five bad habits:
1) drinking too much Diet Pepsi
2) biting my nails
3) twirling my hair - not sure that this is a bad one
4) saying words that are not pure
5) being online instead of with my family

Five things you like to do:
1) read non-fiction books
2) read blogs
3) email with friends online
4) sleep
5) make things with and on paper (scrapbooking, forms, etc.)

Five things you would never hope to never wear again:
1) the size clothes I am in, after I lose the extra weight
2) socks over my pants
3) big bangs
4) big hoop earrings
5) stirrup pants

Five favorite toys:
1) my computer with internet
2) my cell phone (LG w/video)
3) my books (yes, I consider them toys because I LOVE to read)
4) my scrapbooking materials (got my first set Christmas, 2006, so I am just getting started)
5) my computer printer
And I tag anyone who would like to play along.
