Ok, yesterday the kids were all home with a stomach virus, so I let the clean laundry pile up (I know, I know, shame on me). I washed & dried all day but did not fold or put up.
So, the first thing I had to do, if I wanted to declutter anything, was to fold the laundry & put it away.
I do not like the task of putting away laundry. However, I've found that by washing one person's laundry at at time, like you suggested to me, putting away laundry is MUCH MUCH easier.
Yeah, I love the washing one load at a time...but my kids broke yet another hamper.
So, I said I'm not wasting another $40 (for a 4-sorter hamper), so I am making them just take their clothes to the laundry room (where there's no room for a hamper), so I have to just wash clothes daily...altogether.
I am tired of all the excess in this house. So, everyday I am going to pick at least 1 decluttering project (sometimes more)....when I get done with everything, I will start again to keep it maintained.

I hate putting away laundry, too.

I really want to reach the point where I am washing all of yesterday's clothes today ... and keeping it up on a daily basis.
I am pretty much to that point.
